Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving confirmation.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship across India only.
• Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct at the time of placing the order.

Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
• We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount (this will be updated on the website from time to time).

Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

(Delays might occur due to courier partner constraints, weather, strikes, or unforeseen issues. We'll keep you updated in such cases.)

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link.
• You can track the shipment status directly through our courier partner's website.

Damages / Issues During Transit

• If you receive a package that looks tampered, damaged, or opened, please do not accept it and inform us immediately.
• If you notice any issue after opening, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available in selected pin codes.
• Please note: COD returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged.
